And here's one I designed for a famous England International Footballer, in Prime Grade Walnut with curved glass and continuous Walnut Handrails. 

I designed this Oak & Glass staircase to fit into a newly built contemporary house. It features a 'Clean Back', so the underside is just as beautiful as the top.

I designed this helical staircase as a showpiece for the reception area. It features decorative volute newels with Walnut treads and contrasting white risers, a similar look to that often used in Georgian times.

I won the prestigious 'Wood Award'  for this staircase design at 'Contour House' in Baslow - designed by leading architects, Sanei Hopkins. The Wood Award is the highest honour given in the UK carpentry trade, and the Master of the Worshipful Company of Carpenters, stated on the award that, "The workmanship displayed is quite exceptional". It's all Black & White with this T-shaped staircase. It's completely free-standing, thanks to the steel flitch plates hidden in the structure for support.

... and here we are up on the first floor, with the matching Gallery Landing. 

...and here's a close-up to show the detail of the beautiful Oak Volute handrail, which we stained Midnight Black to retain the grain.

From concept 3D drawings ...

...to first fix, where the steelwork was installed. We then fitted temporary plywood panels for safety, and made doubles, which we used as templates for the glass ... ensuring a perfect fit.

Here is a ‘Before’ photo of Mrs Galbraith’s staircase … with no balustrade at the bottom, it was an accident waiting to happen. Thankfully, she called in the experts ....

…and this is how it looked after I'd redesigned it. All the treads and risers have been clad in Oak, as have the strings. We fitted new Oak newel posts and 10mm toughened glass throughout.
